Species We Do Not Treat

While we do welcome a wide range of species, there are some exceptions:

  • Old World Primates: ie chimpanzees and baboons
  • Wildlife: Texas law prohibits the treatment of wild animals unless the owner has a valid rehabilitation license. For injured or sick wildlife, the hospital can recommend local rehabilitation services.
