Referring Exotic Patients Made Simple
Our practice is dedicated exclusively to the care of avian and exotic animals, bringing specialized expertise to these unique species. If one of your exotic patients requires an advanced procedure or a second opinion, please complete the referral form with their medical details.
Once we have the details, we’ll work directly with the client to coordinate an appointment time. Scheduling allows us to give each pet the attention they deserve. If you have a patient that needs to be seen emergently, please call the hospital before sending the patient to assure that we can accommodate the patient. Rest assured we will do our very best!
Sharing Medical Records
To streamline the process, please include medical records and diagnostics, like radiographs, with the referral form. This information is crucial for an efficient assessment. After the visit, we’ll update you with a comprehensive summary of our findings, treatments, and recommendations, so your patient’s wellness care stays on track.
